Dressed For Death [Book In Review]
This book is independent of the series meaning you don’t have to have read the first three books in order to understand what’s happening from the beginning of the book. I enjoyed that because so many series books are intertwined and leave the reader feeling lost. After finishing this book, I would go back and read books 1-3 because I enjoyed this one so much.
The book started off very slow. I probably struggled the most with the first two chapters, but once the actual murder occurs, the book picks up pace quickly. I read it over Spring Break and felt as though I was living in the game of Clue. “Mr. Green did it in the Library with the candlestick!”
I actually gifted the book to my mom and she liked it as well. A clean, fiction, suspenseful mystery.
